Books and Art will be shipped out by the creator directly. Because of that the purchase should be approved and verified by sender. If there is an issue with shipping or with the product itself than the sender will do everything in his power to correct the issue. If a replacement of any and all items is available than that is the likely outcome. If the recipient or purchaser is still unsatisfied a full refund for price of items MINUS the shipping will be executed. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of the original purchase.
